Premium Grease for Railway Applications

Timken Premium Rail Grease is a long-lasting grease specifically designed for use in railcar wheel bearings. It lasts longer and offers improved protection against water corrosion and other damage. Its enhanced anti-corrosion properties provide protection even in humid environments.

This lubricant meets Association of American Railroads specification M-942-98.

Grease for Automotive Wheel Bearings

This high-quality, high-temperature red grease is specifically formulated to meet the requirements of drum and disc bearing applications. It contains corrosion inhibitors and water-resistant and wear-resistant additives that provide superior protection in harsh environments.

The National Lubrication Grease Institute (NLGI) certifies that this grease meets the highest performance levels in both the chassis grease category (NLGI LB) and the wheel bearing grease category (NLGI GC).

Grease for Ball Bearing Supports​

Timken Ball Bearing Housing Grease offers long life and moderate resistance to high temperatures, specifically designed for ball bearings subjected to medium- to high-speed applications in housings and conveyor belts. This formula maintains derrick stability while resisting corrosion (even in the presence of salt water).

This NLGI No. 2, polyurea-thickened grease is ideal for: Oven and glass applications, Electric motors, Chemical manufacturing equipment, Noise-sensitive environments.

Grease for laminating machines

 Timken Rolling Mill Grease is formulated with high grade VI paraffinic mineral oil, which helps maintain better oxidation stability than competitive formulations using low grade VI naphthenic base oils. Use this grease when water resistance and wide temperature performance are absolutely required. Grease for applications in the food industry​

Timken Food Processing Grease is designed to enhance the performance of food processing applications in high and low temperatures. This NLGI No. 2 aluminum-thickened lubricating grease contains anti-wear additives for extra pressure, as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors.

This grease for food industry applications has been formulated in accordance with CFR Title 21, Section 178.3570 and meets the requirements for an NSF H1 (formerly USDA H1) lubricant where incidental contact with food is possible. This grease is also certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for incidental contact with food.
