TYPES OF PULLEYS AND SPROCKETS

Tensioner Pulleys
Timken's integrated pressed steel idler pulleys combine a precision ball bearing with rubber seals to create a compact unit.
Design Features: On both sides, a single radial ball bearing with an inner ring provides clearance to adjacent parts and allows for greater shaft support.
Contact rubber seals ensure good lubricant retention and maximum protection from dirt, dust, and other foreign substances.
Units cannot be relubricated. Applications: Agriculture and forestry.
Available designs: V-shaped belts, V-shaped belt reverses. Both designs are manufactured for A, B, C, and D section belts.

Econoline Pulleys
The Econoline fixed-center drive uses a manually adjustable drive sheave. (See the description of Econoline fixed-center drives on page VSD-14.) There are two types of controllable sheaves: the M type with a handwheel and integrated adjustment device, and the MLA type, which uses an external control.
The MLA pulley can be used with the Lovejoy Model 76 control bracket or any other type of linear drive. CJ CJ

Roller Chain Tensioner Sprockets
Roller chain sprockets
Sintered steel sprockets are hardened and offer good performance at an economical cost.
The roller chain tensioner sprocket replaces hardened plate steel sprockets in most applications.
All units are not relubricable.

RunRight Steel Tensioner Pulleys
The RunRight® steel idler pulley is used for internal tensioning of V-belts. The bearings are self-lubricating for extended life. The idlers are compatible with applications operating within a temperature range of -40° to 100°C (-40° to 212°F).

Metric Sprockets (Single, Double, and Triple Strand) (For ANSI Roller Chains)
RunRight® sprockets are available in single, double, and triple rows for RunRight metric tensioners. RunRight sprockets for RunRight metric tensioners include tensioner pulley bolts and nuts (not included with RunRight™ metric tensioners).

RunRight Sprockets
RunRight® inch (imperial) sprockets are available in single and double threads. Inch (imperial) sprockets do not include idler pulley bolts and nuts, as these are included with the RunRight™ inch (imperial) tensioner units.
